I have been all over this area, and Hero Sushi is hands down the best Sushi. It is so good, fresh, just yummy. The customer service is beyond, they are so friendly and considerate, They always make sure my husband and I are enjoying our Sushi and Japanese Beer. We don't find anything comparable around here, and price is what you expect and not super expensive. Love this place.

I am Japanese and had sushi at this place twice. Sushi there were good and potion was big. A lot of variety of sushi rolls too, so would recommend to go there with more people to try several rolls

I frequent hero but wanted to compliment their ability to have the food perfect still when to go! Even a beautiful presentation from a box and everything at the perfect timed temperature These items are my favorite from the menu, again the Arizona roll with the cream cheese avocado and eel is like

Hero Sushi has been my go-to sushi place for rolls and bentos. I have been back a handful of times and here is my review. LOVE- if I didn't I wouldn't have gone back so many times. Here is what I've tried: APPS: 1. Agedashi Tofu: good, a bit blan. But it sticks! 2. Tempura Assorted: delicious! great batter and nice and fluffy! Sushi Rolls: 1. Salmon and Scallop: this is a nice and bright roll. It's not too heavy since there is not so much sauce. It's great flavor and always taste fresh. 2. Baked Lobster: by far my FAVORITE roll. The pieces of lobster and large chunks that you can taste. This is my go-to! 3. Volcano: great taste, but a bit too saucy sometimes. the presentation is beautiful! 4. Crouching Tiger: The tempura crunch is great on this. Sometimes I'm left with a big pile of crunchies that I just snack on! 5. Paradise: this is like a take on a "Lion King" roll. It's okay, but wish it was baked just a touch longer for a better crunch. Bento: 1. Tofu Teriyaki, i love the way the tofu is cooked. Wish there was a bit more tofu and sauce over veggies, but overall a great deal- especially if you go during lunch! 2. Beef Teriyaki: delish! Melts in your mouth, unless it's overcooked which has only happened once. Other than that it's been great! Beef Ramen: the ramen noodles are great. However just a heads up; the beef soup is SWEET! Definitely not salty! Just a surprise. Overall I do love this place. Just a couple of fixes I would make, but still love to come back.

We've got a closer go-to sushi spot, but decided to give Hero a try last night. We called in our order, it was about a 30 minute wait til pick up. I'm not much of a fish eater, but I finally get to participate in sushi night now that I've discovered the Kentucky Roll...after all, you can't really go wrong with chicken and cream cheese, can you? So I ordered my go-to and veggie yakisoba, and the hubby got an array of fishie bites. All of our pieces were good sized, a smidge larger than most other sushi spots. The hubs enjoyed all of his choices a lot, full and happy! I was very pleased to see a nice chunk of chicken inside my Kentucky, and great flavor. I was just a tad bummed that they left the Unagi sauce off mine...tears...it wasn't perfect without that sauce. As for the yakisoba, very good flavor and a good sized portion. Overall a very good meal. Just don't forget my very essential sauce next time!
